Bolte Tower 10
BSA | Build is working with Mirvac on a 30-storey tower, in part forming the first stage of the Bolte Precinct.
Spearheading the westernmost strip of land within Yarra's Edge, the tower at 160-186 Lorimer Street is a new $100 million, 30 storey building by on the Yarra’s Edge. At 100 metres high and featuring 229 apartments, ‘Tower 10’ is the eighth high-rise from Mirvac along the south bank of the Yarra River and is the first residential tower for their planned development of the Bolte Precinct.
The boot shaped Tower 10 sits atop a 19.5m, 5-storey podium and features 229sqm of retail space at ground level. Above that, a glass facetted apartment tower rises over 80 metres and houses 118 one bedroom, 71 two bedroom and 40 three+ bedroom dwellings.
Over three hundred above ground parking spaces and 84 bike spaces are also included, hidden within the podium by apartment frontages. The building has a total gross floor area of 38,500sqm (18,500sqm excluding car spaces) and is designed to a 4 star Green Star standard.
